Information concerning data privacy

In accordance with Article 10, Clause 1 of Law 675/96, the applicant's personal data supplied with his/her application, as well as any other data that may be required, including sensitive data, shall be collected by ERA-Pilot WP1 and used only for administrating purposes. Applicants enjoy the rights provided for by Article 13 of the law cited above, including the right of accessing the data concerning them, as well as complementary rights including the right to rectify, update, complete or cancel data which is erroneous, incomplete or collected in a manner not in compliance with the law, in addition to the right to oppose the usage of the aforementioned data, if for legitimate reasons.
